Our name
Our name comes from two things. A signature is personal, handwritten and unmistakably yours. A swirl is what we do: soft serve twists, sauce drizzles and spun sugar, finished by hand.
You will see both in our logo.

Before your first guest
We arrive about ninety minutes before service. Here's what happens in that time.

Site arrival, sign-off with your venue coordinator and cart load-in.
- T–60Anchor
Carts set in place. Silent battery power switched on, so there are no cords.
- T–45Temper
Soft serve and slush brought to the right texture. Pancake and waffle plates heated.
- T–30Dress
Shields polished, topping jars filled in a colour gradient, menu screen on.
- T–15Test
First batch of popcorn, a test soft-serve twist and a final uniform check.
